The extraordinary events in the life of an aimless and wayward young doctor, Ravi Tharakan, weave the plot of Ayalum Njanum Thammil. Dr. Samuel comes into the life of Ravi and he causes Ravi to change the attitude and perception about life. The story of the film deals with issues related to Medical profession.
The film, starring Prithviraj in the lead role, is directed by Lal Jose. Samvritha Sunil, Remya Nambeesan and Rima Kallingal, are playing the female leads in this movie. Prathap Pothen does the role of the senior doctor, Samuel. The cast also includes Narain and Salim Kumar. Boby-Sanjay team penned the script for this movie produced by Prakash Movietone.
Lal Jose and Prithviraj worked together six years back for the movie Classmates which broke many box office records.
